My Services

Bookkeeping

I will provide proper classification and accurate recording of transactions for the preparation of Financial Reports; Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flow. This allows my clients timely information necessary to make good business decisions and will also assist with efficient tax preparation. I will provide monthly reconciliation of business bank accounts, credit card accounts, loans etc., Manage and prepare monthly reports on Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable. Bookkeeping clients may be monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual as needed.

Project Support

Quickbooks Start-Up: I enjoy getting business owners, and/or their designated personnel, started off in the right direction with QB. Quickbooks Clean-Up: Sometimes the numbers just don’t line up or you have gotten behind in the reconciliation. I can take that on as a stand-alone project. A successful Board: one that is able to assess the financial status of its organization. I enjoy educating the Board of Directors in the reading, understanding, and use of financial statements. I can assist in identifying obstacles and opportunities for meeting financial goals.

Nonprofit Bookkeeping

I will track income and expenses for the organization and for each of its programs. Record Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and cash receipts. Reconcile monthly bank statements. Record In-kind Donations and prepare Donor Acknowledgements. Provide an annual and/or program budget. I enjoy facilitating Annual Strategic Planning meetings. The best person to do this is someone from the outside of the organization.  A fresh, objective and neutral outsider who has attended and/or facilitated at least 20 productive meetings. I am that someone!

Served in every Board of Director and operational capacity, including the bookkeeping. Planned and implemented organization’s effectiveness to annually serve over 1,000 teens in recovery, veterans, and our elderly.

Co-Founder, February 2016 – December 2019

Provided professionally composed resumes to US Veterans at no charge. Performed all administrative duties and procedures including preparation and proper retention of all financial records and reporting. Maintained confidential client files and provided professional communications. This was a highly successful program for our Veterans.
